Summary: Alundra Blayze goes into business for herself... kind of.
Note: Listen. Listen. I have been *obsessed* with the idea that Alundra (Madusa) wanted to drop the WWF Women's Championship to Luna Vachon ever since I heard about it.
I've done a bit of digging but I can't figure out exactly when it was, and if I spend too much time on research I'll distract myself out of actually writing. (Some passages based on transcriptions from Sportskeeda, specifically Michael McClead.)
Just Business
The door to the womens' locker room banged against the wall as it was shoved open. Luna Vachon looked up at the noise, and watched Alundra Blayze stalk into the room.
"Stubborn son of a bitch!" the Women's Champion growled.
Luna frowned, curious but unsure if she wanted to risk upsetting Alundra further. She finished pulling the laces on her left boot tight, and moved her focus to the right boot -- listening without comment as Alundra slammed things around between locker and luggage.
Bull Nakano huffed and walked out after a few minutes of listening to Alundra. Perhaps that's what Alundra was waiting for, because she turned to Luna and said urgently, "I'm going to drop the belt to you tonight."
Luna's eyes went wide, and the laces dropped from her hands. This was not the plan, and she knew it. Vince McMahon would never agree to let her be the Women's Champion. "Oh, no, no!" she exclaimed, straightening up to look Alundra full in the face.
